What is Accountability Coaching?

The LA Method is a high-touch nutrition and lifestyle coaching program designed to help you create lasting results. I check in with you daily to review your food choices, habits, and progress. Many people can find a workout plan or healthy recipe online, but the difference comes from having someone in your corner, holding you accountable and guiding you through the day-to-day. That’s what The LA Method is about - real accountability, real results.

Why do I need an Accountability Coach?

Making meaningful changes to your health isn’t easy—and you shouldn’t have to do it alone. Having a coach checking in daily, giving you guidance, and holding you accountable makes an enormous difference. It ensures consistency, which is the real key to results. Not everyone in your life will understand your new priorities or support your goals the way you need them to. I will. Think of me as your coach, your guide, and your biggest cheerleader.

Do I need to live in the UK? 

To provide daily accountability and support, I need to be in a compatible time zone with you.

How much does the program cost?

The LA Method is available in three flexible coaching packages:

4 Weeks – £300

8 Weeks – £500

12 Weeks – £700

All payments are due upfront and are non-refundable.

How long will I need to stay on the program?

Most clients choose between 8–12 weeks for maximum results. The goal is to help you build routines and confidence so you can sustain your results long after coaching ends.

What can I expect from my coach?

What kind of contact will I have? 

My role is to help you stay consistent, motivated, and supported every single day. Together, we’ll:

  • Build habits that work for your lifestyle

  • Create structure and accountability around your nutrition

  • Keep your mindset strong, even when life gets busy

  • Get you back on track quickly when challenges arise

You’ll be in regular contact with me throughout the week via WhatsApp, with 1:1 feedback, encouragement, and practical strategies tailored to you.

​The LA Method is delivered via WhatsApp messages and voice notes, 6 days per week (Mon–Sat).

What food will I be expected to eat? 

​There are no strict meal plans. Instead, you’ll learn to make choices that fit your goals and lifestyle. If fat loss is your goal, you’ll need to commit to eating in a calorie deficit, which I’ll help you manage.

What type of exercise will I be expected to do? 

Consistency is more important than perfection. I ask clients to commit to at least 30 minutes of movement, 6 days per week. This could be a walk, yoga, or a structured workout. You choose the activity, and together we’ll focus on building progress week by week.

What if I have any injury?

If you currently have or have had any injury or medical condition, you must seek clearance from your doctor before starting The LA Method.
